The hotel is in a stunning location with breathtaking views and direct access to Natadola beach. The rooms were not ready at 8 am as I requested, but the porter Emran was incredibly helpful in showing me around and sharing useful information about the resort's facilities.
My stay at the resort was a mix of positives and negatives. The room location near the adult's only pool was peaceful, almost villa-like, but the cleanliness could have been better for a 5-star hotel. The service was exceptional, with incredibly accommodating and friendly staff, especially Shayal who was wonderful with my son. The location was a letdown as it was isolated, lacking nearby dining options or easy access to other resorts. The dining experience, while providing a stunning setting, fell short with limited breakfast choices. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is beautifully set back up on the hill, offering lovely rooms with a great balcony where we could relax while the kids slept at night. The service here is truly great at addressing any issues, ensuring a brighter holiday experience. The location on Natadola Bay is truly exceptional, making it a standout resort for us.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and I had the most stunning deep bath on my balcony. Hearing the waves breaking on the beach was magical. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, away from the crowds but still conveniently located. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with unfresh salad and tough meats. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel rooms were actually better than the oceanfront rooms because they're more private and offer stunning views. Although they weren't as clean as expected for a 5-star hotel, they were quite spacious and very clean. The hotel was situated in a quieter part of the resort near the adult's only pool, away from the main centralized area.
The hotel offers a stunning location with great beach access and beautiful sunsets. While the rooms could use a deeper clean and some repairs, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining experience is lovely, but there are areas for improvement in cleanliness and service.
