The hotel is in a stunning location with breathtaking views and direct access to Natadola beach. The rooms were not ready at 8 am as I requested, but the porter Emran was incredibly helpful in showing me around and sharing useful information about the resort's facilities.

My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and I had the most stunning deep bath on my balcony. Hearing the waves breaking on the beach was magical. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, away from the crowds but still conveniently located. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with unfresh salad and tough meats. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor hiccups.

The hotel rooms were actually better than the oceanfront rooms because they're more private and offer stunning views. Although they weren't as clean as expected for a 5-star hotel, they were quite spacious and very clean. The hotel was situated in a quieter part of the resort near the adult's only pool, away from the main centralized area.
